Pricing & Invoicing

How much do you charge?

My prices are dependent on the type, size, and scale of your project, including usage rights.

Some projects may be charged as a one-off payment, some may be charged per word or per hour of completed audio, and others might be charged through royalties. This is all dependent on your project.

Once hired, recordings will be sent with a watermark on them until you are happy and payment has been received, unless the agreed terms state otherwise.

Turnaround Time

How quickly can you work?

Voice Over is a fast moving industry. Project deadlines can come at us quicker than we anticipate.

Once hired, I always strive to get you a recording you're happy with in a timely and reasonable timeframe. Precise timeframes are wholly dependent on the size of your project.

I'm also able to provide rush jobs when my schedule allows, although an extra fee will be applied.

I'm always happy to discuss the details of your project to discuss pricing and provide accurate turnaround times.

Revisions & Adjustments

How do you handle revisions?

I try to keep my revisions policy as standard to the Voice Over Industry as I can.

Whilst these do not happen often, any performance mistakes, such as missed words or mispronunciations, are fixed as free revisions.

With artistic edits, such as pacing adjustments or tone adjustments, the first two are included in your initial quote. Any subsequent artistic edits will be charged at a flat rate of £25 per edit.

Any script re-writes after the recording has started will also be billed accordingly. Please Note: Any Re-Writes exceeding 10% of the original script may trigger a brand-new quote.

VoIP Directed Sessions

Are you available for direction via VoIP?

A very good question! This is a very popular option within the voice-over business, and has been since the COVID-19 pandemic.

The short answer is yes, I am available to be directed via various platforms, including Skype, Teams, and Zoom.

However, I currently do not have Source Connect. As a result, I'm more than happy to be on call to take direction to make sure my performance fits your project's needs. However, recording directly to your software via Source Connect currently isn't an option. This website will be updated if this changes.
